Anyone who reads the Sun on a regular basis will be very familiar with naked beauties draped in the Cross of St George. Speaking personally it's the only reason I would buy the rag. Which is why I am outraged at this story on the BBC telling of the sad story of Leysi Suarez who faces up to four years in jail in Peru for being photographed sitting naked on the nation’s flag. Can you imagine if the monocular Scottish puritan dished out the same punishment to Keely Hazell for straddling the Cross of St George or Union flag - he'd be lynched!

For lovers of semi-naked women draped in flags this development in Peru sets a dangerous precedent, and I strongly advise all of you to show your support for Leysi Suarez in whatever way you can. We salute your brave stance Leysi.
