Letter to Michael Gove MP
A letter to Michael Gove:
I was reading the Conservative website when I came across this article which states:
"Michael Gove has stressed we need to act "swiftly and comprehensively" to make the necessary changes to improve child protection across the country."
When you say "across the country", which country are you referring to? It's my understanding that Scotland takes care of its own child services, and I wasn't aware that you are Shadow Children’s Secretary for Scotland.
Best regards,
Previously, back in August, I wrote to Michael Gove to ask about his schools pledge (it's since been taken down from Conservatives.com but the pledge card below gives the general idea).

Can you tell me if these commitments apply to the UK, England and Wales, or just England ?
In light of devolution I always find it difficult to understand which territory politicians are talking about.
Many thanks,
His reply was short but to the point:
England!
Then why not say England in the pledge you bloody prick?

I wonder if he will find it?
