George Foulkes calls for an English Parliament
In his submission to the Calman Commission George Foulkes calls for more cooperation between MPs and MSPs, and between Westminster and Holyrood. He then goes on to say:
There would however be a more logical and symmetrical structure if England also had a devolved Parliament which I favour. A unicameral Westminster, achieved by the abolition of the Lords, with an elected English Parliament meeting in the Lords Chamber would solve a number of problems, but is of course, beyond the remit of the Commission.
Funnily enough there is no English equivalent to the Calman Commission in which an English parliament can be considered. Funny that. Beyond the remit of the Calman Commission and beyond the wit of the simpering retards at Westminster.

Not that keen on the
Not that keen on the unicameral bit, but any mainstream support for an EP is welcome. Why do so many people get hung up on buildings though? So far as I am concerned an EP can start of in a big marquee on college green (might help to ensure that anyone seeking election is suitably dedicated) or process round the country on a second hand cruise ship (no need for second homes, they can have a cabin each). Establish the principle of a parliament and get it elected, the rest will come out in the wash.
