A short letter to Jason Sugarman, the Conservative Parliamentary candidate for Lewes.

Dear Jason,

I notice that on the agenda for the Conservative Party Conference there is a debate entitled 'Great Britain'. The speakers for this debate are Cheryl Gillian (Wales), David Mundell (Scotland), Owen Paterson (Northen Ireland), Nick Bourne (Wales) and Reg Empey (Ulster).

Could no one be found to speak on behalf of England?

The Conservative Party Conference has a session entitled 'A United Kingdom'. Nice sentiment chaps, but you appear to have neglected to include a representative of one of the kingdoms.

It's the same every year.
